Melissa Chan, the Fall 05 InvestWrite National Champion (high school division), dazzled CBS Morning News news anchor Harry Smith about the program's value and her winning essay entitled, "The Investment Race" in which she evaluated the merits of two stocks using the analogy of the "Tortoise and the Hare."
