Congrats to Cecily Russo of
the Edward S. Rhodes School in Cranston, RI, for finishing first in the
elementary division for the state of Rhode Island! She is honored by her
principal, Mr. Kenneth Blackman, Elizabeth Reidel of the SIFMA Foundation, as
